- Plan and execute strategies to maximize revenue per truck, tailored to each driver’s profile, using data-driven insights.
- Negotiate with Freight Brokers to secure profitable rates per mile and total freight.
- Monitor driver activities to optimize service hours and minimize downtime.
- Balance drivers’ home-time requests with operational and billing needs.
- Maintain daily communication with drivers to enhance productivity and reduce turnover.
- Track cargo from dispatch to delivery, proactively resolving any issues.
- Handle administrative tasks, including documentation and monitoring driver progress, ensuring all required information is submitted for cargo billing.
- Update load information in the Billor platform from pickup to delivery.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Freight Brokers.
- Provide real-time fleet updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor fleet and revenue performance metrics.
- Collaborate with drivers to set weekly revenue goals and strategies.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
- Availability for on-site or hybrid work in Joinville, SC
- Good negotiation skills.
